A Softening at the Year's End

As the final days of the year arrive, something inside us begins to soften. We pause. We look back. We decide to look a little deeper. The end of the year isn't just a date on the calendar, it's an opening of the soul. It calls to us to ask: what have I lived? Lost? Learned? What has shaped me, stretched me, or awakened me?

A Sacred Cycle Completed

This year has completed a sacred cycle in your life. It is all part of your becoming. The soul does not want us to drag last year's burdens into the new year. It wants us to walk in lightness, clarity, and truth. Before you look ahead, take some time to honor what is behind you. It's the reflection that completes the cycle.

A Simple Ritual of Gratitude and Release

Simple gratitude can be expressed by writing 5 things you are proud of that may not have been so easy. Then write 5 things you are ready to release. Then do a blessing for this year by saying, “thank you for shaping me. Thank you for teaching me. I release what is complete. I carry forward only wisdom and love.”I enter the next chapter with clarity, softness, and trust.

Entering the New Year Lightly

Enter the new year lightly. The new year doesn't need your resolutions, it requires your presence, willingness and an open heart. You step into the new year wiser, more grounded and more aligned with your own soul. In wrapping up this year, you become your own blessing. Enjoy these last few days as you prepare to open the gates to an abundant new cycle.
