Letting go of the past sets you free. There comes a moment on the path when holding onto the past becomes heavier than releasing it.  Not because it didn't matter, but because it mattered so much it shaped you and now it is asking to be honored, not carried. Letting go isn't forgetting or dismissing what happened; it is a sacred act of choosing yourself in the present moment.  It is recognizing who you were then did the best she could with what she knew, and who you are now is ready for more space, more peace, and more life.

When you loosen your grip on old stories, pain or identities, you create room for something to enter. Your energy becomes available again.  Your heart softens. Your vision clears. The past no longer defines you, it becomes wisdom you walk with. Not weight you drag behind you. In that release, you step into your power. Not as someone trying to fix what was, but as someone fully present for what is becoming.
