The F---It List!

The other day I was doing a session and by mistake went to say the bucket list and said the f-----it list instead. We laughed about it and I found myself thinking about the concept of it. What if we did have one of those lists? What would it be about? I thought that if I had one it would be a list of things that I no longer care about what people think and I would just do it! What if you always secretly wanted to try something but we're afraid of people judging you or what if you were afraid you really couldn't do it?

You might have thought you were too old or too fat or whatever. I am choosing to emancipate myself from that thinking once and for all! I have bound myself with enough self-judgment my whole life that I no longer want to carry that tradition on.

Join me, as I free myself from all those negative thought forms and start to create my new list. Start by looking at the things you have always wanted to do, but haven't yet. Start your list and include the simple things and the outrageous, for the sky’s the limit here! The f--- it list says I no longer want to live my life under my own or anyone else conditions. It says I am ready to take a risk and just try it, and if it's not all that it's cracked up to be, then I don't have to do it again.

They say we only have today and we don't know what tomorrow will bring, there's no guarantee here, so as the song says,“ live for today!” Start by listing just a few things. You don't want to overwhelm yourself with 100 things you might never get to. What's at the top of your list? That will tell you a lot about what's important to you at this time. Then share it with someone so you can hold yourself accountable.

I have secretly always wanted to try Zumba Strong. I haven't as of yet because I'm not in shape, and what if I can't do it? Who cares? I'm going to try it really soon and stretch myself physically and mentally. I also want to try Hip Hop Phil’s class on-line. It will really challenge my body, and mind as well since his combinations are so quick.

I also want to write my bio called, “From Hell’s Angels To God’s Angels.” I may not be the best writer but it's going on my f--- it list. You get the idea. Don't wait to start yours. At the end of the day all we really have is our memories of this experience, so why not make it the best one? Enjoy, and don't forget to share it!
