Play is not a distraction from your spiritual path. Before you learned responsibility, expectation, and structure, you knew how to be present. You knew how to explore, imagine, and experience joy without needing a reason. This part of you still exists.

When you allow yourself to play whether through creativity, laughter, movement, or simply doing something with the part of you that trusts life. Play softens the nervous system and opens channels creativity and intuition. It reminds your body that is safe to feel alive again.

Your inner child does not need to be fixed. They need to be seen, heard, and welcomed. Play is the language they understand. When you give yourself permission to experience joy without purpose, you restore something sacred within you.
