Opening Into The New Year

The new year arrives not as a demand to become someone else, but as an invitation to remember who you really are.  Please know that hope lives in the quiet remembering.

It's  in the breath you take in every moment, in the  courage it takes to begin again

without erasing the past. Wonder in 2026 doesn't require certainty, it asks us to stay open to new experiences. What if life could surprise us this year in ways we can't plan or predict? That could be amazing.

We need the right attitude moving forward this year. It’s less about striving and more about alignment. Your nervous system will tell you when you're in dysregulation, if you're paying attention. This year choose curiosity over judgment, devotion over force, and patience over panic. Also, leave your old stories behind. If you find yourself repeating the same old negative stories, stop it! No one wants to hear more negativity. The world has enough. When challenges appear, and they will, know this too will shape you. Check your nervous system when this happens, and just breathe before trying to

come up with a solution. That allows us to meet each moment with trust, knowing that each moment will unfold within the pauses, pivots, and course corrections rather than

panicking first. No solutions can come from an unbalanced mind and body.

As we step forward, may we walk with reverence for the unseen paths opening beneath our feet. Let hope be A practice,  wonder a way of seeing,  and attitude a sacred choice, were new each day. The new year is not asking us to be perfect. It is asking us to be present, receptive, and willing to say YES to what wants to emerge through us.

May you enter this year with your heart open, knowing that you got this!
