Every life moves through seasons of endings and beginnings. While we often celebrate what is new, endings can feel heavier, asking for us to release what once felt familiar or safe. Yet endings are a natural and sacred part of growth. When something completes it's cycle, whether a relationship, role, a belief, or a chapter of life, it invites us to gently loosen our grip. Letting go does not mean what existed was not meaningful; it simply means it's purpose in our journey has been fulfilled.
When we allow ourselves to face endings with honesty and compassion, we begin to create space within our lives and hearts. That space is where new beginnings quietly gather their strength. Just as a garden must be cleaned before new seeds are planted, our lives also need room for the next chapter to emerge. Trusting this rhythm allows us to move forward with greater openness, knowing that every ending carries within it the quiet promise of something new waiting to unfold.
