Own Your Day

Often, we let every little thing get to us or take us off our path. We can wake up feeling great, start our day positive and then BAM everything changes. Why is that?


We may get distracted, or let things bother us even though in reality they are like little Pac men trying to knock us off center. At times they succeed even though our minds know better. Energetically they start drawing in more and more to ruin our day.


If we could only turn things around in that moment by having a sense of humor about them. Here comes those stupid Pac men again trying their best to knock me off. If we could only tell ourselves NO Way once we get the awareness of what’s happening.


This is where I take back my power and supercharge myself and move on owning my day!

There are many tools you can use in the moment when you’re feeling stuck.


Here are just a few:

  1. Change your environment for a few moments and just breathe

  2. Nature or outside is best even if it’s for ten minutes

  3. Say, this is not mine and I release it.

  4. Use EFT ( emotional freedom technique ) to tap it out. Remember to always end with a few positive statements.

  5. Sit quietly for a few minutes close your eyes and put yourself in your favorite place in nature in your mind to take you away. The more you can engage your senses the better.


Don’t underestimate what a few minutes can do. Even in an office setting go in the bathroom and just breathe it out. You will notice in no time that the energy changes and you have control back over your day. Just try it!
