What Is the Shadow? We all have parts of ourselves that we don’t like to see or experience. Let’s just say these aren’t the best parts of us. They often stay hidden, and sometimes they show up at the most inappropriate times. These are our shadow parts. They are not bad. They are simply asking to be noticed, acknowledged, and brought into the light for healing.

The difference between fate and destiny is that fate involves fixed events, while destiny is your soul’s highest path. Destiny isn't a rigid script you're forced to follow. It's a living co-creation with spirit — one that unfolds as you align with your inner truth.
