Dr. Cathy Holway is an internationally recognized physical therapist, author and tv show host, bringing her neuroscience-based therapy, to healthcare professionals, caregivers & patients.

Her work has grown to address our processes of embodied transformation, so we may each bring our true gifts forward. Through her grounded, logical approach to self-care & healing, she guides others through their own process of releasing body confusion, restoring innate health, &reclaiming true self.

In this session of The Soul Remembers Series, Dr. Cathy Holway will guide us into our soft breath of presence and truth and create the healing rituals that illuminate and transform our self-empowerment process. The depth of our soul’s purpose is beyond our mind’s comprehension, and through this embodied transformation approach we can live our fullest life, bringing source and self to service.
